Access: Meet and Greet service operating from all Terminals, Heathrow Airport

Upon arrival:

Make sure to call Bon Voyage Parking when 30 minutes away from arriving at the meeting point. The phone number will be given to you in the booking confirmation. Have your booking documenation with you.

Drive to the Airport; a chauffeur driver will collect your car and will drive it to a secure car park.

Here are the different meeting points:

TERMINAL 2 -

Follow the signs to Terminal 2 short stay car park. You will be entering level 4 of the car park . Drive down to level 2 and park anywhere in Row A’ or Row ‘B’. Your designated chauffeur driver will meet you there.

TERMINAL 3 -

Follow the signs to Terminal 3 Departures. As you approach the terminal pull up in the fourth lane. Your designated chauffeur driver will meet you there.

TERMINAL 4 -

Follow the signs to Terminal 4 Departures. Drive up the ramp in the left lane and pull up in the lane furthest from the terminal building. Your designated chauffeur driver will meet you there.

TERMINAL 5 -

Follow the signs to Terminal 5. Remain in the right hand lane as you drive up the ramp and follow the sign to the short stay car park. Enter the car park using the barrier on the far left hand side and drive round to Row 'R' or Row 'S'. Your designated chauffeur driver will meet you there.

On your return day:

Please call when 30 minutes away and then proceed to the designated meeting point.
